Where are you located?
Our beautiful, brand new self-storage facility (oxymoron?) is located at 2304 Harbor Lane in Evans, CO - just south of downtown Greeley.
What are the office hours?
You can visit us (and GiGi, our tail wagging Ambassador) at the office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and from 9:00ish to 1:30ish (Saturday) depending on the honey do list (ugh!). We are closed on Sunday and Holidays. GiGi will take days off.
What are the gate access hours?
Tenants can access to their belongings anywhere between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm, seven days a week. All of our storage units are on the ground floor for easy access, which means you won’t have to carry your things up and down stairs to move in. If you need earlier or later gate access hours for your business operations we are happy to discuss. However, 24-hour access will not be permitted for the safety of all tenants.
How far are you from Greeley, Colorado?
Great question! Our self-storage facility is located about 4 miles from downtown Greeley, so you can get here in 5 minutes via 23rd Avenue.
What is climate control?
The goal with climate control a.k.a. temperature control in Colorado, is to regulate the temperature in the buildings so that the more fragile possessions are stored properly. When you use climate-controlled storage units, (often called, temperature-controlled) you not only gain extra peace of mind knowing that your items are stored safely, but you will also be more comfortable when reorganizing them later.
How about drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to save energy by unloading into the space in no time. Plus, this feature has plenty of uses. For instance, drive-up storage units are more economical than renting a larger commercial space for inventory or equipment.
Do you offer a Moving Van?
Absolutely! We offer the limited FREE use of our BestWay2store moving van. “Limited” means up to 3 hours and 30 total miles driven for your move-in only. A valid U.S. driver's license, proof of auto insurance, $10 fuel charge, and a credit card are required at the time of pick up.
Do you offer vehicle storage, too?
Yes, we have a variety of outdoor storage spaces that renters can use to park RV’s, boats, cars, vans, trucks, and other vehicles. Our larger drive-up units can also accommodate various vehicles from that collectible car, prized motorcycle, or your beloved pickup truck.
What is security like?
We prioritize making BestWay2Store a safe and secure facility, including 25 indoor and outdoor digital video surveillance cameras, electronic gate access, security lighting, perimeter fencing, barking spiders, and restricted access hours.
What type of lock should I use?
We only allow the most secure locks and require the use of a BestWay2Store Disc Padlock designed for self-storage. If you don't have one, no problem, we have plenty for sale in the office.
Do you offer property insurance?
Yes, and tenant insurance is required to lease one of our units. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information about our very affordable property insurance options, including coverage limits, inventory restrictions, or policy rules. If you have homeowners or renter's coverage please check with your Agent to make sure your belongings are insured; bring-in a current copy of the Policy so we know you are covered.
